So far this has been a pretty nice winter, with the exception of a bitter week of -40 in January.  A nice winter means better weather for being outside.  These are 12 of our favorite adventure pictures/videos from winter so far.

2. Watching the herd come running for lunch at Wildhorse Ranch near Rocky Mountain House.

3.  Taking a tour to see the ice bubbles on Abraham Lake with Pursuit Adventures.

4.  Watching the Baseline Mountain Biking Club make the best of their views and trails even in the winter.  Baseline Mountain is about 60 kms SW of Rocky Mountain House in Clearwater County.

5. Backcountry Forward sharing their video of the amazing views on Vision Quest Ridge west of Nordegg.

6.  Alberta Adventure Girls shared their adventures at Abraham Lake and Siffleur Falls while staying at Expanse Cottages near Nordegg.

12. And, Bighorn Sheep love licking the salt on the David Thompson Highway between Nordegg and Siffleur Falls.   Sometimes they might even pose and smile for you.
