  1. Riverview Country Christmas with wagon rides, Christmas Shop, and many, many lights.

2. Hiking to Crescent Falls west of Nordegg.  Careful! The long hike back up the snow and ice covered road can be exhausting.

3. Taking pictures of ice bubbles on the very windy Abraham Lake near Nordegg with Pursuit Adventures.

4. Rocky’s Freezin’ For A Reason Polar Bear Dip at Crimson Lake Provincial Park.

5.  Learning how to go ice climbing near Nordegg with Frontier Lodge.

6. Learning about the wild horse lifestyle with Wildhorse Mountain Ranch near Rocky Mountain House.

7. Hike around the Ram Falls Provincial Park on the Forestry Trunk Road south of Nordegg.

8. Explore the snowmobile trails west of Caroline.

9. Watch the Northern Lights at Crimson Lake Provincial Park.

10.  Go rappelling at Crescent Falls with the Goldeye Centre near Nordegg.

11. Watch for Bighorn Sheep on the David Thompson Highway.

12. Go for a hike on one of the many, many trails all around David Thompson Country.

13. Get a view of David Thompson Country from the sky with Rockies Heli Canada near Nordegg.
